PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!

ABSOLUTE TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!

I work at a Doctor’s Practice, on Tuesday 04/01/2021 our building got struck by lightning. We reported the situation to them as we need it to be sorted ASAP. We have 2 doctors in town and one of them is on much needed leave, that leaves the town with our practice, which is also now the ONLY emergency center within a 50km radius. We have phoned them nearly 50 times and got told on several occasions that they will send a technician out to fix the problem.

We are now at Thursday afternoon 14:00 and we haven’t seen a single thing. We keep getting told that they will send a technician out in 2 days. And the more we say that this is urgent and that it’s as good as putting an ambulance out of business for almost 5 days (including the 2 days they’ll take to send a technician) and telling patients they can’t be helped because we are “offline”, the more we get promised that someone will come out and assist in this matter.

We have several reference numbers, we have a list with time and dates that we phoned them. IT IS ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How do they still gain customers if their service is absolutely ****!?!?!?!?
