Pathetic service

Worst service I have ever received

I first app**** for a laptop online which I was contacted advising that there has been no stock since January. So why have it still up for grabs,?

I then call the stores to confirm if they have stock so I don't waste my time. First I was on the line for 20 minutes each time. First agent answered then ended the call (after waiting for so long). I call again, where the agent tells me there is no stock at Clearwater then disconnects the call after I ask if there is any stock at any other branch.

I call again, this time I was told there is stock at Cresta. I rush after work only to get there and get told there is no stock. I was advised that there are 3 coming in, but that's for other customers.

Why have these promotions when you have No stock of any laptops? Absolutely pathetic
