Pathetic Service

I placed an order with Telkom online expecting a quick response for a cell phone contract. I was contacted did all the nitty gritty and my account was debited etc. this all happened on the 20 Feb 2019. Up To date ino one at Telkom can assist me with my application. They cannot track the order etc. They cannot tell me anything when i asked for a refund it cant be done either absolute bull dust. No one calls me back the stores can not assist either.
