Pathetic Service

i recently app**** for a contract deal with Telkom. i had to go in store to find out if my contract was approved or not. The consultant who assisted me told me she would call me. When i got there she was just sitting there in fact all of them doing nothing. They declined me for no reason whatsoever. all my accounts are paid up to date. Telkom you can keep your contract i dont need it i will take my buisness elsewhere. Pathetic company
