Pathetic Service

I have a problem with the email outgoing sever and this has been over a year. I started following up daily since 30 January 2019 without any success. I have spoken to many contact center agents and supervisors and no one seems to be able to assist me. The managers are not available to take calls or to assist as they are forever in meetings. Their priorities seems to me on meetings and not on the clients.
