Pathetic service

I am writing this review as I need urgent assistance on my home landlines. I moved properties and have been experiencing a terrible run away with regards to reconnection I have already made a payment and everytime I call I was never assisted the customer service is pathetic I need to be contacted urgently for this to be resolved or please refund me before I take this matter further
