Pathetic Service

Walking into Telkom Shop (Lakeside Mall - Benoni) with a simple request - RUDE and INEFFICIENT staff members do not want to get their hands dirty. Phoning the call centre is just as bad - you wait for ages and get nowhere because one staff member says one thing and another one says another... We have been shunted from call centre department to another - what happens next? We have been on the call centre for over 3 hours and to me - that is pathetic!!! Just over a year ago - we went into the Telkom Shop (Lakeside Mall) - the "lost" our email address - which the sales rep couldn't explain. TELKOM IS USELESS!!!!
