Pathetic Service

Pathetic Service honestly. If you're looking to pay for service you won't receive then you can sign up with Telkom. My line has been down for 3 weeks now and I am not able to work or anything. They just keep telling me "Our Technicians are looking into it". I also keep getting told I can get credited, I don't care about getting credited I just need my line back up! I also got a SIM from a Telkom store but it can't even hotspot I must phone Telkom to get it to work, the SIM has 2GB on it, but if it runs out I cannot top up? How do you expect me to go from uncapped 10mbps to 2GB for business use? really?
