PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am extremely disappointment with Telkom service.

I am trying to cancel my contract, which I was told to do online, which I did, uploaded all my documents etc... and the message that I got after this was complete that one of the Telkom agents would contact me to finalize the cancellation...... This was on the 4th of January, and we are now the 18th and I am STILL WAITING for someone to contact me.

I have tried calling them, and all we get is voice prompts, which we have gone through and selected and then we always just get cut off...

I have contacted 2 people via email from Walmer Park Branch & Baywest Port Elizabeth (I wont name & shame yet, but if it comes to another review I will) and have had absolutely NO response from them!!!!!

I AM DISGUSTED!!!!!!!!!!!!
