Pathetic Service

I took out a business contract on the 3rd of December 2018, I requested my no to be ported for cellc, my port has been cancelled 2 times now, if i call the call center they say there is nothing they can do, if i go to the shop they do not know why it was cancelled, nobody can help me, the service is so pathetic
