Pathetic service

I have app**** for a new contract online from Telkom on black Friday. The next day a sales consultant call me and assured me that I was one of the first 200 people and that I would qualify for the free watch. They start deducting without me receiving the phone and when I query this,they came up with a lame excuse. I have received the phone,wrong color nogal, without the watch. When you want to complaint,they are giving you the runaround. Customer services from Telkom went from worse to pathetic. They should rather close down
