Pathetic service

I have been trying to get a landline at my home for the past 2 weeks. Whenever I receive a phone call from the call centre, the calls are constantly dropped. I even tried calling the store directly, I had to wait for over 10 minutes and eventually when the call was answered that call to was cut off. The numbers given to call for assistance don't even work! If your service is so pathetic when it comes to even sales...its no wonder your existing customers get no service from your business
