Pathetic service

I have moved house well over a month ago and I am still waiting for my line to be installed. I informed you guys two weeks before I moved. Now seven weeks later, I am still waiting. When I call in to enquire, I am given a range of different responses such as a technical problem with my query to your technicians not being able to find my house. I never receive any feedback and when I call in , I have to hold for over 30 minutes before my call is attended to only for your call centre agents to be unable to do anything except 'escalate' the matter. this is frustrating and extremely pathetic service from Telkom. On top of this, I have received a bill expecting me to pay for service that I dont have. Your service is pathetic.
