Why the hell do the make people Managers who can't sort out customer queries. Telekom Eastgate you suck big time. Our contracts were canceled November 2017 but every month a debit order goes off his account. The inconvenience of reversing these debit orders are time consuming and irritating. Telekom use different reference numbers bers so even if you put a stop order they debit with a different reference number. This is **************** and if it doesn't stop I will take legal action.
