Pathetic service

Ive been trying to cancel my contract with telkom for over 2 months now with no luck, whenever i call the customer care i get no assistance im being referred to the telkom app or website and I've been trying those methods but i dont get an option to cancel, the stores are so useless then dont even know how to navigate the website. CAN I PLEEEEEEASE GET THIS STUPID THING CANCEL coz its end date is the 10th October 2018
