Pathetic service

I am up to my nerves with telkom service. Your agents ( Sphesihle) have no respect for customers neither do they have product knowledge. Gosh i call this morning with a query but the agent was full of disrespectful and he did not know what hecis taljing about... Got frustrated and asked to the team leader he said they are running the call center all by themselves, asked to be transferred to another agent which he did by the name of Jade and asked if there was no team leader on duty she confirmed there was, ask to speak to the leader was putvon hold and dhe got back and say the leader is currently attending another escalation. But my problem is nit even once was i granted the opportunity to speak to a leader every time i call telkom is like the call center runs it's self. I have a pending query too which was and still is not resolved but to their side the query was resolve without notifying me as a customer.
