pathetic service!

I took out a contract last year September whereby I was suppose to receive a power bank with my contract deal.....I am still waiting for it. Whenever I call (that is when I can ever get through to them because this specific store does not even have a landline!!) then they say they do not have any in stoc**** The Bridge Greenacres Telkom store
