Pathetic service!!

I've had the worst experience of my life with this company.

I've cancelled a contract with them 5 months ago and guess what??? I'm still getting debited. To date I'm still waiting for a so-called manager by the name of Thembelihle Phungula to contact me, after I've been calling in a lot of times and each consultant I speak to has sent an email to her and Cc'd me on it but still no contact has been made with me, I was told an urgent cancellation will be made but still the account is still active.

Y'all are so pathetic and incompetence!! I need this contract cancelled ad in yesterday if not then I'll be taking this way further than this platform.
