Pathetic service

I called the Telkom call centre four times, I requested to speak to a manager, I was promised that team leader Lungi will be calling me and team leader Sihle will be calling me. It's been hours and I'm still waiting. Shocking honestly, pathetic service. It's been two days and my query is still not resolved.
