Pathetic service

Pathetic service. my husband has taken yesterday off for our ADSL line to be installed a guy called and said he would come and never pitched we called him several times but no answer then we decided to call telkom held on for several minutes while they tried to call them we were told he will still come but he never did. I called this morning held on for 15 mins and the lady came back with nothing she can't get hold of them she says she can rebook but then they'll come out Monday which means we would have to take another day off. I threatened to cancel which I thought would help speed up the process and she was more than happy when she heard that does it mean Telkom has too many clients if she is so willing to accept my cancellation so easily. I really want my line installed please can we have the service we are paying for?
