Pathetic Service

Telkom by far is the ****ties service provider. I run a business from Home that requires the use of Wi-Fi. I have been without Wifi since 1pn yesterday. Call Mweb, they blame Telkom. Call Telkom, they say the fault is with Mweb. In all this I'm losing thousands of rands, yet they expect full payment today. Bunch of parasites. They provide ****ty service but want full payment. Really wish I could cancel!!!
