Pathetic service

I placed an order on 23 May 2018 for ADSL and a fixed line. I have been constantly calling and no one is able to provide me with proper feedback and each instance all I am informed is that the matter will be escalated. It is almost 2 months and still no sign of anything happening.

Wish I had an alternative option or some time frame that I this issue will be rectified.
