Pathetic service

Had a look alike mobile bundle contract with Telkom and a send my cancellation letter 23-10-2017 but they haven’t Cancel my contract and now I’m on credit bureaus, can’t even buy a car spoke to one of their supervisor SCELO JAMA at the call center how was very rude he told me I must wait for 30 days for him to attend my cancelllation, every day when I call their office the tell me different stories, Monday I spoke to Primrose Noxolo at call center she and she promised to cancel my contract on Wednesday (27-06-2018) whoever she did not and today I called again she said her hands are tied she can’t do anything they told me that the lady by the name of Glory Sikiti from their despute department will call me and she called me but she told me that she can’t help me with anything because her department don’t cancel contract I have to call cancellation department
