PATHETIC SERVICE!!!

We finally collected our Mobile Sim Card,associated with our Home Unlimited Plan,from our (not so) nearest Telkom Direct Store,after already having wasted time & money making 3 previous trips out there,only to find them closed for whatever reason.

They don't ever bother to answer their phones,so you can't even find out if it's worth your while to make the trip out there,&,from what I was told,even the Call Center can't communicate with them,because,apparently,they are an isolated island with no means of communication with the outside world! - How Ridiculous!

Any way,after finally collecting the Sim Card,IT DOESN'T WORK! After spending time on the phone with at least 5 Telkom Internet agents,who couldn't fix it,I was finally told that the matter would be forwarded to their "Level 2 Technical Team",who would be calling me. That was on Wednesday,20/06/2018.

It's now almost 10 days later,& NOBODY'S BOTHERED TO CALL ME BACK! When I called Telkom Internet back,the last agent that I spoke to simply told me to take it back to the store. After all the time & money wasted on repeated trips out there,before finally getting the card,I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO INTENTION OF DRIVING ALL THE WAY BACK THERE UNTIL ALL OTHER OPTIONS HAVE BEEN THOROUGHLY EXHAUSTED,& THEN,ONLY AS A LAST RESORT!

So why the hell doesn't somebody do their darn job & call me back already??? WHAT GOOD IS THIS MOBILE SIM CARD TO ME IF I CAN'T USE THE DARN THING??? Reference #: - ********** 6.
