Pathetic service

We app**** for a line to be transferred on the 01st of May .everytime we call you hold on for at least 20 minutes before the call gets answered.with that said everytime you call you get a different answer by the consultant.they all tell you that someone would call you within 24 hrs.Fornthe past week I called everyday.They send us an account for the past 2 months that we didn't have a line yet we must pay Service is pathetic
