Pathetic service

I Requested my account to be cancelled.

I sent the request to the ********** I got the auto response back.

This was on 12 April 2018 02:48:00

I now get a bill from you guys after 2 months that i have an outstanding balance and i Have been advised that my line is still active.

Logged a dispute and the issue has still not been resolved.
