pathetic service

Telkoms service is PATHETIC!!!! I have been waiting since the 15th of May for a relocation and nobody can ever assist me ,the consultants never know what to do and only give you more numbers to call THAT DON'T WOR**** Don't even ask for a manager because apparently they are always in a meeting .... Another incident . I app**** for a new contract phone and they had to order the phone for me . A week later the phone is at store and I can collect but when I get there they SOLD the phone to someone else !!!! And now two weeks later I am still waiting. Being sent from pillar to post . can someone who knows how to do their job please contact me . !!!!! This is getting ridiculous
