PATHETIC SERVICE

I Think that Telkoms service is pathetic firstly i phoned Telkom customer care and i waited 15 minutes for a consultant to assist me , finally i got through and i told the lady im eligable for an upgrade mind you Telkom doesnt even let you know that you are due she says she cant assist me i must call this number ********** and its not a free number. i eventually called that number and never got through i then phoned again 15 mins later they finally picked the phone up and this lady tells me she cant pick anything up on her system with my ID number Telkom needs to send them a list for people that has to upgrade then they will call IF my name is on the list. i wouldnt recommend Telkom honestly their service is very poor. i think i should instead cancel my contract with them but im so afraid its going to be another mission
