Pathetic Service

Telkom your customer service is really pathetic. I am still to be assisted with my contract query. on the 12 November i was advised someone is going to call me to address the issue, to date no one has communicated. your call centre is even worse, when you request to escalate the issue to the supervisor, they just put you on hold until you drop the call, I was holding for more than 30 mins just to escalate the matter. i have been to the telkom shop every day since the 5th of November 2015.
