Pathetic Service!

Telkom is completely useless! I have been without DSL service since 5 March 2018. I made numerous attempts to resolve the issue, but to no avail. I even went as far as purchasing a new router for R949. They have excellent mechanisms to de-escalate issues, but none to escalate to senior management. I hope this review will get someone’s attention and resolve my issue.
