Pathetic Service

We put in a request to move our Telkom line on the 28th of February, now on the 4th of April there is till nothing done. Every time we phone them there is a 100 excuses and then they close the call that was logged all together stating that the technicians went out, after we explained to them numerous times that no one came out they just sent us to the next call center agent. Now still we need to pay for the line even though we can not use it? This has to be THE WORST service I have ever had from any company!
