pathetic service!!!!!!!!

on the 14th March 2018 I went to the telkom store in maponya mall to book my phone for repairs which is stil under contract an stil Under the warranty. so when I got to the store I experienced a very terrible and disgusting customer service from the consultants who claimed that they cannot help me because I could not produce the proof of purchase which they claim its what they need to book the phone for repairs I explained that I don't remember getting on and if they are unable to look for it in they system because I have an existing contract with them by then I was starting to get iriate as they claim they can't pick up my information on they system. then lady by the name of Linda mkwa**** started shouting and insulting Me for being irate in their store I told her that I want the manager then she confidently told me that she is the manager yet she was the in pointing fingers at me an insulting Me she told me that I can report her she does not care and that she knows how to deal with clients like me she was taken away by her core worker because this was going to get physical. and they even called security for me as they client the matter could not be resolved at hand... I was informed that that I would get a quotation to fix the phone but I have not received anything from them I doubt if the phone was even booked for 3pairs it's been 3weeks but stil no communication from telkom hence I am reporting this that so calls manager has not management s****s I've never came across such a rude and ghetto manager like Linda mkwa****
