PATHETIC SERVICE

The service is really pathetic, I just recently took out a contract with Telkom with the Huawei deals with the 5GB for the next 6 months , I noticed online it was not loaded on the 01-03-18 09:46 to be exact I logged a fault with regards to the issue , I have than since contacted Telkom and I am only told about the 72 hours turn around time, and that is being attended by back office, where is the common courtesy to let myself as a client know what the feedback or problem is , Yes it is free Data but it was advertised as a promotion.

By Tracking an issue it does not even show that it is in progress
