Pathetic Service

Currently on the line for the past 30 minutes, transferred to the 4th call centre agent now! Yet no one can assist with the telkom mobile app. Why in the world invent it then when there is no support?????? This is utter nonsense considering we have quite a few lines on the business account. I am also waiting for the last 2 weeks for a dispute resolution which takes a 72 hour turn around time for a response. Really telkom? You are so quick to bill but take forever to sort out customers issues. Literally the worst customer service in the history of mankind!!!!!!!
