Pathetic service

I renewed my contract in January and that package that I selected was that I will be getting 10gigs of data every month for 3 months. We are nearing the end of February now and I am yet to see even a kilobyte of that data. I lodged a complaint on their call Centre on the 7th of February but still nothing has happened
