Pathetic service

Ive taken out the January 4mb Fibre ADSL deal. Firstly Telkom sends me an invoice for R637.66 instead of R599.00. Also, the additional charge is NOT a pro-rata as this line was only installed on 2 February. After numerous calls, up to now, I havent received my LIT BOX and WIFI EXTENDER. I regret taking out any deals with them. Do not do any business with them as its an ongoing headache. Telkom is pathetic!
