Pathetic service

Telkom !!!!! A loyal customer but your call centre support is pathetic. After numerous calls and reference numbers and a call to say my add on Internet bundle has been removed from my lte line I am still getting billed. All your call centre agents can say is I don't know why. My references numbers are as follows. Ref# ********** 6 and ********** 5. I expect when refund and a call from someone who knows what is going on. As i type this is am on hold for nearly half hour for a supervisor who is top busy to take my call.
