Pathetic service

I have been on the Cell C network for years and decided to give Telkom a try. I ordered a new cell phone from Telkom in early December 2017, which was delivered on time.

I then had to go in store to RICA my sim card and port my number. The RICA was successful but I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY NUMBER TO BE PORTED! More than a month later, numerous calls and emails I am still struggling to get Telkom to port my number.

I am very dissatisfied to say the least.
