Pathetic Service

Despite Telkom providing a REF for my previous complaint, number : REF AI ********** , Telkom has not responded for about a month. Asithandile, one of Telkom's social med complaints team supposed to handle it... Guess what, no answer from them either despite follow up messages on my previous Hello Peter complaint entitled Consistently Pathetic Customer Service.
