PATHETIC SERVICE

I never ever thought i would get such treatment and customer experience from Telkom. In October i needed to cancel and settle my contracts with Telkom , i needed to cut costs as i was going through a financial crisis. I filled in docs and were sent from a Telkom store in Cresta Shopping Mall, after my docs were submitted i started getting "Promotional data" from this service provider,i called the call center and was advised it is just promotions,i mentioned to the agent i have a case pending regarding cancellation and she sais someone from retention's would call me back ASAP, they tried calling me once and i missed their call however they called again and i could not speak ,i requested a call back. No call back whatsoever to date,instead when i tried to find out i was told "retention's" tried to contact me but TRUTH is their retention's department does not actually follow instructions and they DON'T call back instead they "DIAL and DROP" lines and say no answer,I MEAN WHO DOES THAT?!!!I sent my cancellation request form to numerous agents and the last time i sent it was on the 12th Jan 2018 to a supervisor(LINDA NQOBO),he promised to resolve my query once and for all and would get back to me, HAHA it is the 24th of Jan nothing from Telkom. They debited my account in November successfully even after requesting cancellation, December debit order was unsuccessful but they then re-debited and got money however at this time they were FAST to disconnect my services, i enquired and they said due to unpaid debit i need to wait for their finance to be back at work and so forth, to date my services are inactive and they have the AUDACITY to send me THREATENING sms's saying they will hand me over to the credit bureau and also they sent me a HUGE STATEMENT of R2000 owing,WHERE DOES THAT COME FROM!!! All i want is to completely cut my services with these people and be BACK DATED from the day of my cancellation request. The service of their agents in the call center and the SUPERVISORS is the most PATHETIC. I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH THESE PEOPLE. I JUST NEED TO CANCEL.
