Pathetic Service

We Have a telkom landline with wifi installed, we have called in to the technical support about 15 times now and the problem has still not been fixed,Everytime we call in their excuse is always “there was no fault reported & that they were escalating the problem Also a technician was assigned to the case” ... The problem is, there were some guys cutting down a tree that fell onto the telephone cable and the cable then snapped, since then there is no landline and neither is there security for us in our home because our landline is also connected to our armed response.Our safety is the main concern! Could somebody please send a technician over to my home and sort the problem out, This has been going on for too long now and nobody seems to care about customer service.
