pathetic service

My landline has been faulty for a month now and telkom has made no progress. I have probably called the call centre about 10 times and i am always told that a technician has been dispatched. Call was escalated a few times and they told me they are sending the technician back but still nothing. With one of my calls to the call centre i was put on hold for 15min while the agent was apparently calling the technician only to find out on my next follow up call that they are unable to contact the technicians as they dont have their numbers...so he was probably talking to his buddy while i sat on hold. Nobody in the call centre could help me or tell me anything other than the same story of \a technician has been dispatched "I am fed up with the lies and the poor service.
