Pathetic Service
I placed an order online for the January deal. received a call from a lady who assisted. said i will receive confirmation withing 48 ours. i havent received any confirmation. i then call telkom and gave them the reference number i was given, and apperently it dint exist and my order is not showing on the system. horrible, pathetic service from telkom.
