pathetic service

I recently orders a product online which they then said they would contact me within 48 hours , which they did but when I answer the agent cuts the call 3 times on me , then I decide to call the sales department which I end up waiting 20 minutes for an answer and a female agent answers she asks for my id number and says please hold she then puts me on mute and not hold and I wait for 25minutes just for her to cut the call

pathetic service I work for a contact center and I would never imagine such pathetic service from any company

I currently have one product from Telkom and I was willing to purchase another but a waste of one hour of my life and now I no longer would like to deal with this company
