Pathetic service!!

To whom it may concern,

I have been a loyal paying customer to Telkom for over 16 years and this past month I have been extremely disappointed and quite frankly annoyed by the don’t care attitude of this company.

My telephone line had been cut off since the 23rd of November and currently is still off. I’ve called the call centre on the 25th & 28th of November as well as the 13th of December. No technician has come out and no follow up messages or calls were made to inform me on the progress.

Yesterday the 20th of December I received a call stating that a technician will be coming out on the same day but it’s not surprising at all that no one had come out.

This is absolutely pathetic and for a loyal customer I feel that this is unacceptable!! At this point I’m ready to cancel my line since I feel my business is not valued.

If someone could resolve this issue for me asap it would be highly appreciated.
