Pathetic service

When Telkom needs to sign you up, they are 1st to call you. However when you need customer care they never interested in helping!!! I signed a black friday contract which i was told will be delivered in 7 working days. Tried to cancel the contract, i was told there is only one person who can do this, that is the person who signed me up!!! How the hell is this logical. I wait for hours for service on the phone- at my own cost- only to be told the system is down and they cant call me back. I need a follow up ASAP! I have been debited and got no other communication. Telkom- wake the hell up!!!! If this is only the start- God be with me!!!
