Pathetic service

I am so sick of telkom already they say u must make 10days earlier a payment to avoid arrears but every month when I make a manual payment than there something that went wrong and now I am being over charge also. I received a bill of December instead of November . They say u get stuff for free than u end up using your own data they even charge me for a service I didnt use and only started to use start of this month... I feel like canceling my contract cause the services are pathetic an so tired of their empty promises.
