Pathetic Service

My husband sent a request to cancel our landline in Aug/sept and it still has not been done. We have resent it twice already and you Idiots keep billing us now we have a bad record on the beuro and I have had it with you. We are no longer even living in Gauteng. How many times do we need to ask beg and plead with you idiots. Your online chat agents are so pathetic as well as your call centre and billing. Cancel my f*****g line or I will take this matter to the news papers. You better fix my husbands name on the beuro as well because of your incompetence he has n bad record now and you are *****ing with our plans. CANCEL THE LINE
