Pathetic service

Pathetic service and **************** from Telkom. I was charged for a calls made on a line that doesn't even belong to me. Despite countless calls to their so-called customer service centre and numerous disputes logged, they remain silent regarding the money that is owed to me. Where is this supposed social media team that sends me generic emails and never follows up on the issue? Eric and Zulfa, I am completely unimpressed with your standard of service
