Pathetic Service

How Ironic that you guys a communications company who never respond or communicate....with your clients.<br> You run these great campaigns on unlimited summer packages, however you do not have the infrastructure nor equipped with trained staff to handle this.I have been waiting for a month now to get my router in order to get my wifi activated and NO ONE can tell me when this will happen.All they do is transfer me from one dept to another.I am to cancel all of my contract with then as soon as possible.<br> YOU GUYS ARE ABSOLUTE PATHETIC !!!
